The 2025 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is powered by a 349cc single-cylinder, air-cooled BS6 engine that generates 20.2 bhp of power and 27 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox, which offers smooth gearshifts and uncontrollable torque during the ride. The new model also features an oil cooling system and a new balancer shaft, which reduces the motorbike’s vibration and makes the ride more comfortable.

The new model has a strong braking system with dual channel ABS system. With both front and rear disc brakes, the ride remains safer and more controlled. The car also gets an advanced digital-analog instrument cluster, which provides information such as odometer, fuel gauge, trip meter and service indicator.
